Also, we say this just below, but I personally want to reiterate: communication is EVERYTHING when it comes to this lifestyle. Tomorrow's class may sound less "fun" than rope or impact practice, but you cannot get anywhere without the foundation that it represents. There's a reason why this class is the first one we offer this year. EVERYONE should be taking it, even if you consider yourself experienced in the ways of open relationships or kink play -- and especially if you are new to any side of this experience. Lady Euphoria is here to walk you through Negotiating Desires & Goals, whether on kink/scene or poly/relationship level. This is one of those foundational classes that we wish we could require, but will instead strongly recommend, if you want to live this open lifestyle.

- This Fri 2.14 - Lip Service: pansexual makeout party ($0-25, members only) - LS falls on Valentine's Day, so you know this will be a hot one. Come kiss your date...or more than your date at our signature event, and the one that started it all back in 2009.

- This Sat 2.15 - Meet Me in Paris ($20-50, open to all) - If you're looking for a more traditional way to celebrate VDay, our sister group Gemini & Scorpio is back with its annual clandestine cabaret bash & birthday party. Step back in time to turn-of-century Paris: live music, live performance, cozy seating, swingin' dance floor. Best date night in town at about half the price of a boring restaurant. Low income tickets are just $20!

- Wed 2.19 - Sinema Club: Bedrooms & Hallways ($0-10, members only) - a cozy, fun, gay 90s romantic comedy with a soon-to-be-famous ensemble cast of unbelievable names still in their early 20s. As always, we encourage blankets & dinner delivery for maximum coziness. Another fantastic VDay-adjacent evening.

- Sat 2.22 - Countdown ($0-50, members only) - the January return of our signature play event was simply delightful, and we couldn't be happier to bring you the Valentine's edition of the event. Break out the lace and satin and pink and red outfits (as always, we hold those to be unisex options)!

If you’ve heard negotiation is sexy, then you’ve heard right! Nothing is sexier than being able to say what you want and to share that curiosity with a partner on board for the ride. In this crash course, we'll talk about how to approach negotiation, knowing what it can look like in different spaces, and how to use it to deepen your connections. Our teacher: Lady Euphoria Sol is a Transformational Lifestyle & Professional Dominatrix, BDSM Educator, Coach and Ritualist. Her work centers inner exploration, shadow work and energetics in pursuit of Euphoria. She is most recently known for her role as former founding headmistress and curator of 7 Days of Domination, a quarterly week-long series of educational kink talks from worldwide BDSM experts.

Bedroom Badass is our series of workshops to take couples and individuals through various steps in opening up their relationships, or in exploring more adventurous sexual experiences. Whether you're a total novice or an old pro, each class has a range of information relevant to all experience levels.

This month: BEDROOMS & HALLWAYS (1998)

A very-90s ensemble cast romantic comedy set in London & centered on a group of LGBTQ twentysomethings trying to navigate hookups, relationships and love. On the occasion of his 30th birthday, main protagonist Leo (Kevin McKidd) looks back on the sexual explorations of his earlier years -- including attractions to persons of both genders. Writer-director Rose Troche, who directed the lesbian drama GO FISH prior to BEDROOMS & HALLWAYS, goes about the bed-hopping with wit and charm, assisted in no small part by an up-and-coming cast featuring James Purefoy (who along with Kidd has appeared in HBO’s ROME), Tom Hollander, Con O’Neill (the imitable Izzy Hands in OUR FLAG MEANS DEATH), and Hugo Weaving. Lightweight and charming, it's the perfect queer date night film...whether or not you have a date.

Sinema Club is curated and hosted by Phil Guie-Ng (@thatphilguymovies): an inquisitive, ardent longtime film critic who is dying to tell you about movies you haven't heard of yet. As a reviewer at the website Film-Forward, his self-appointed mission was covering documentaries and features about subjects who challenged conventional attitudes about gender, masculinity, and more. When Phil isn't writing about movies, you can find him in Brooklyn taking part in protests on behalf of basic human rights.

Guest DJ: Newark, NJ native DJ Luna is a force to be reckoned with: he is QXT's resident DJ with 20+ years DJing experience. Cultivating the soundtrack for the evening, inspiring the dance floor to stay in perpetual motion, seamlessly blending genres and varying styles...Luna's set lists are always unique, dark, electronic and stimulating.

Calling all LGBTQIA+, poly, kink, swinger and other "alternative" dating/sex/gender-aligned humans and their allies. We're creating a protected and judgment-free space for connections, conversations, community, games and interactivity. This is the key HoS event open to non-members. Come meet us before you join!
