- This Sat 6.29 - Renegade Pride! This year's blowout features a special short set by queer musician Max Fractal (FKA Kim Boekbinder). For Renegade Pride, Max Fractal will illuminate the night with the bright sounds of queer utopian futures. Special DJ guest: our brilliant HoS regular Illexxandra. You know she can light up the dance floor!

- Then late night Sat 6.29 - Renegade Pride playful afterparty - closing out Pride with a little playtime on the late end. Dance your butts off 9pm-1am, then give your butts something else to do 1am-4am. All afterparty tickets include access to Renegade Pride...because doors will be locked at 1am. - Thur 7.5 - Taste The Rainbow ($0-10, open to non-members) - all-gender all-orientation mixer - Pride doesn't stop in July. We are here for you year-round. Bring your queer, kinky, poly rainbow selves to our safe space and get to know your community. Never been to HoS? This is the place to start.

- Fri 7.12 - Lip Service ($0-25, members only) - pansexual makeout party - Now that you've checked us out in a social setting, let's get a little closer... Play spin the bottle, sexy Jenga and other R-rated icebreaker games.

- Wed 7.17 - Sinema Club ($0-10, members only) - our film club exploring gender, orientation and sexuality on the big screen. Summertime calls for big fun, so we're going with campy, sexy 60s/80s double feature of Barbarella and Flash Gordon!

- Fri 7.19 - Saints & Sinners ($0-45, members only) - Oh YES, it's back! Because advance reservations are so important to us, we're going to try something new: 1) for the next 48 hours, GA guest tickets are $0 -- a two-for-one sale for all levels above Friend (since Buddy cannot book guest tickets). Reserved seat guest tickets will be discounted to $25 (vs $45). 2) then, starting this Fri, the guest price for all tickets will match the member price until next Fri.

6.26, 7.10, 7.17, 7.24 - Every Wednesday: House of Scorpio Clubhouse. Whatever your membership level, you are invited to use our space as your own for the night...as your clubhouse. While classes & movie nights take place in the main space, the bar and lounge remain open 7pm-11pm (12am if enough people are lounging). Just like with regular events, if you're Friend level and above, you can bring up to two friends with you. Order in dinner, have a few drinks, run a friendly board game, or just read a book on the comfy couch. This is not a mixer -- just us opening our doors for our members. It's up to you how much you socialize, if at all, and with whom. Miss Scorpio will be there herself running the bar and her vintage, designer & statement clothing boutique, so come have a drink and play dress-up.

If there's interest enough, we'll run the Clubhouse weekly, which means adding another stage-side activity on the first Wednesday of the month: kinky skill share? saucy life drawing? sassy photo sessions? What would you like to see happen? Let us know, and we'll work on setting it up.

Roleplay and tools are fun...but a deeper approach can take play to an entirely different level. Honing in on the energy you infuse into your scenes builds your presence and your connection with others. Add intention to the mix, and you'd be surprised at what the mind and body conjure. In this crash course, we'll talk about intentional play, exploring energetics, and how to easily ritualize your play with a few simple adjustments.

All BB classes are a mixture of lecture, hands-on experience, and dedicated Q&A time. After class, stay for dedicated practice & play time to help you solidify your skills, while our teacher remains available for guidance. Class and practice are in the main space, while the bar lounge is open 7pm-12am if you want to arrive early or leave late -- or just need a break. Always BYO practice items, where relevant, though we will always have a selection on hand.

Our teacher: Lady Euphoria Sol is a Transformational Lifestyle & Professional Dominatrix, BDSM Educator, Coach and Ritualist. Her work centers inner exploration, shadow work and energetics in pursuit of Euphoria. She is most recently known for her role as former founding headmistress and curator of 7 Days of Domination, a quarterly week-long series of educational kink talks from worldwide BDSM experts.

Bedroom Badass is our series of workshops to take couples and individuals through various steps in opening up their relationships, or in exploring more adventurous sexual experiences. Whether you're a total novice or an old pro, each class has a range of information relevant to all experience levels.

DJ Stalagmike began his career as resident DJ at NYC's legendary club Albion before gaining a residency at Asylum Guild in the basement of the iconic Pyramid Club NYC. He is the founder of Defcon, NYC's longest-running Industrial party, now in its 15th year. DJ Stalagmike has spun countless sets at northeast's top Goth/Industrial clubs, many legendary EBM and Industrial concerts, and even a few festivals such as Kinetik, Cold Waves and Darkforce.

We get asked all the time how people can join HoS if they are shy, don't have like-minded friends, lack PALs for play parties, have no idea how this whole thing works, don't feel like jumping into sexy activity but want to connect to open-minded humans, etc. This party is the answer!

Calling all LGBTQIA+, poly, kink, swinger and other "alternative" dating/sex/gender-aligned humans and their allies. We're creating a protected and judgment-free space for connections, conversations, community, games and interactivity. This is the key HoS event open to non-members. Come meet us before you join!

For those of you new to it all: direct introductions to HoS members new and old; facilitated discussions on poly, kink and swinger lifestyles; icebreaker games to welcome you to our club.

For our regulars: a way to ease new friends into our scene; a chance to meet all the new faces you may want to kiss later; a visit with the community even if your PAL is not around.

When Phil isn't writing about movies, you can find him in Brooklyn taking part in protests on behalf of basic human rights.
